I was at the Ben's gym, the Lab, in AZ tonight for a welcome home party. Behind closed doors camera's off, they spoke so highly of you. You would have thought we were congratulating you.
You are a class act, and nobody really knows that. I'm super impressed with you, and I wish you all the success in the world (except next time you roll with Ben!)
cowboy will be back you grow more and more and we all saw that fight and have our opinion on who won... can't wait to see that belt where it belongs in you rhands keep up the great work - matt
That was another hell of a fight, Don. You are the most exiting and one of the most technical fighters in MMA. I had the fight 48-47 Cerrone. From what I have read I am not part of the minority. I am sure this loss will do nothing but give you even more motivation to raise the bar and bring it. Dude, you were born to fight, and what a pleasure it is to watch you ply your trade. You are a consummate martial artist and my hat goes off to you. When you improve your foot quickness while standing up, to reduce vulnerability to being shot on, I don't see you getting beat until you get old.
I'm a huge fan of yours and to me watching the fight with Ben over and over again I believe the fight is a draw. I don't think the judges really understand submissions which leads me to believe that you don't get enough points for tried submissions or the danger part of the submission. Take nothing away from Ben he's a great fighter as well. I'm looking forward to Ben beating Varner, actually I look forward to anyone beating Varner!
There's a hundred years of history and a hundred before that All gathered in the thinkin' Goin' on beneath this hat. The cold flame burns within him 'Til his skin's as cold as ice And the dues he paid to get here Are worth every sacrifice. All the miles spend sleepy drivin' All the money down the drain, All the 'if I's' and 'nearly's,' All the bandages and pain, All the female tears left dryin', All the fever and the fight Are just a small down payment On the fight he makes tonight. It's guts and love and glory, One mortal's chance at fame. His legacy is fighting And cowboy is his name.

IT will just be that much more rewarding once you hold that belt.. keep up the hard work.
rewatched and still see the fight rounds 1, 4 & 5 Cowboy; rounds 2 & 3 Henderson. They gotta be praying there's no rematch soon...
Much love to the real winner and we all know it wasn't Ben...
You should have got the decision and you're still my boy!
Do you like getting hit in the head!
